2026 Dash Fundraider goal $7500

The Sunnyland Dash starts Friday, September 11th! This FUNdraising* event is one of the PTA’s main sources of income for the year.  

On Friday, October 2nd, students will dash around the Sunnyland field together wearing their Sunnyland Spirit Wear!  Leading up to Dash Day, the PTA is asking Sunnyland families to collect donations from family, friends, neighbors, & businesses.  This year the PTA aims to raise $7,500 toward field trips, enrichment programs, events, and more! 

Parents can come watch their kids do the Dash!

How Does this Fundraiser Work?

Your child(ren) will bring home a letter with a collection envelope attached. Each time your family collects a donation, you can put it in the envelope. Checks can be made payable to “Sunnyland PTA”. Donations can also be made via credit card at  https://my.cheddarup.com/c/dash-for-sunnyland-2026-2027/items. Please bring cash and check donations back to your classroom teacher or drop the envelope in the PTA mailbox inside the school office by Dash Day (Oct 3)

What Does the PTA do with Funds from this Event? We pay for:

• Family & Community Events

• Field trips

• After-School Enrichment Scholarships

• Teacher Stipends for classroom enhancement

• Camp Sunnyland T-Shirts (free for every student)

• Ask your family, friends and co-workers to support Sunnyland. 

• If you own a business, consider making a tax deductible donation.
